Indicative periodic notices
Every year, CAP Group publishes indicative periodic notices for information purposes only, which are used both by the supplier to view the annual programming and by the contracting authority to reduce publication times.
This is published pursuant to art. 127, paragraph 2 ff. (Annex XIV) of Legislative Decree no. 50 of 18 April 2016, as well as supplementary or additional tender information (Annex V of Legislative Decree 50/2016).
Periodic indicative notices with amounts above the EU thresholds were sent to the Publications Office of the European Union.
The annexed documentation is in Italian. The supplier is responsible for any translations required.
